Overview Tour

Egypt is a country full of magnificent cities that you may wish to see them all in one trip. We tried to do that for you by putting 4 of Egypt's top cities in one trip.


The trip will start at the great capital with a diverse history and culture, then driving to Alexandria, the city created by Alexander the Great and named after him.


Then you'll fly to Luxor, one of the oldest capitals in Egypt, the most historical city in the whole world; you'll take the Nile cruise from there heading to Aswan, the city of the Nile.


This trip will take you on a journey throughout the ages that passed through Egypt.


Itinerary

   

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will be waiting to assist you through the regulations.

After that, the representative will take you to the hotel to check-in while enjoying your welcome drink. Sleep tight.

   

Good morning. Get ready for a city tour first thing in the morning.

The Egyptian Museum : You'll see more than 100,000 original pieces of antiquities telling about the ancient Egyptians' lives. You'll also find the famous golden mask of King Tut Ankh Amen.

Salah El Din Citadel: it was built in 1176 by Salah El-Din himself, the Ayyubid dynasty founder during the Islamic period. It was the government's seat for more than 700 years from the 13th to the 19th century. In the same place, you will find Mohamed Ali Mosque, an Islamic architectural masterpiece that was built in the 19th century.

Khan El Khalili: it is a historical open market that lays in Old Cairo, where you can take a tour and buy souvenirs for your friends and family.

Lunch will be served during visits.

When you finish the tour, go back to the hotel to spend the night.

   

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel, you'll have a magnificent visit before you leave Cairo.

You'll be amazed at the sight of the Three Majestic Pyramids at Giza , one of the Seven Wonders of the World, they age more than 4000 years old, and they are tombs of the 3 Kings, Cheops, Chephren, and Myckerinus, guarded by the famous Sphinx who lost his nose.

After finishing the visit, you'll drive to Alexandria (about 220 Km away from Cairo), which will take about 3 hours to reach.

As soon as you arrive, check-in at the hotel and have some rest.

The day is not over yet. Go wander around the city, have a walk on Stanley Bridge by the pearl Mediterranean or try the famous Gelato Azza; there is a lot to do in Alexandria.

Make your way to the hotel to have a goodnight of sleep.

   

Have a lovely morning in this lively city. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Time to explore some of Alexandria's attractions.

Alexandria Bibliotheca: that stood in a close place to where the old Library once existed on the Mediterranean Seashore. It is currently the sixth-largest Library in the world, with a shelf space of 8 million books.

The Catacombs, a historical, archaeological site, merging between the Roman, Greek, and Egyptian cultures. It is one of the seven wonders of the middle ages. A fun fact about the site is that it was rediscovered accidentally by a donkey in 1900.

The Roman Theatre: constructed in the 4th century AD, it was a common feature of the Greco-Roman period, but it is the only one of its type in Egypt. It was discovered by coincidence in 1960.

Enjoy lunch by the Mediterranean.

Drive back to Cairo and check-in to the hotel upon arriving to spend the night.

   

You'll be transferred to Cairo Airport first thing in the morning to fly to Luxor .

You'll meet our representative upon arriving to start the visits at the West Bank immediately.

The Valley Of The Kings, where you'll find the tombs of the greatest Kings, prepared for their afterlife, the valley got more than 62 tombs that have been discovered so far, including the tomb of the famous boy-King Tutankhamun.

The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut: located at the cliff of Deir El Bahri, surrounded by a mountain. The Queen built the temple to immortalize her name after she crowned herself as the pharaoh of Egypt.

The Two Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Amenophis III, the Romans gave them the name of Memnon, the hero of the Trojan War in Greek Mythology.

After that, you'll drive back to the eastside to check-in to the Nile cruise and enjoy your lunch.

You still have the afternoon free to explore Luxor on your own.

Get back to the cruise for dinner and sleep tight.

   

Time to explore the eastside after you have your breakfast.

Start by visiting the Great Temple of Karnak ; it was built gradually over the centuries, starting in the Middle Kingdom until the Ptolemaic period.

Then visit Luxor Temple, parallel to the riverbank; it was initially founded by Amenophis III and later added-on by Rameses II.

Back to the cruise to start sailing to Edfu via Esna Lock while enjoying your lunch and dinner. Goodnight.

   

When you finish your breakfast, you'll visit Edfu Temple , dedicated to the falcon-headed God Haroeris, the son of Isis and Osiris; it was built in the Ptolemaic Kingdom.

Return to the cruise to continue sailing to Kom Ombo while having your lunch.

Upon arrival, visit the uniquely double designed Kom Ombo Temple , directly situated on the riverbank; it is dedicated to the two gods, Sobek, the crocodile, and Haroeris, the Falcon.

Back on board to start sailing to the final destination, Aswan, while having your dinner.

   

Have your tasty breakfast, then depart to make a couple of visits.

Start by visiting a modern construction built in the late '60s but has great importance to Egypt, the High Dam of Aswan, which prevents the Nile's flooding that used to cause disasters.

Then take the motorboat to visit Philae Temple on Agilkia Island. It is the new location after it was rescued and removed from its original place, where it was after the Dam's construction.

In the afternoon, you'll get to try another type of ride in the Nile on the Felucca; it is a wonderful experience.

You'll have your lunch and dinner on board, don't miss them. Goodnight.

   

After finishing breakfast and packing your bags, check-out from the cruise.

You'll be transferred to Aswan Airport to fly to Cairo.

Upon arriving, our representative will transfer you to the hotel to check-in.

You still have the afternoon free to explore the city and Cairo's nightlife.

   

Good morning. Time to check-out from the hotel after breakfast.

You'll be transferred to Cairo International Airport to fly back home. Till we meet again.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation should be sent toTripidays Egy Tours by email, also an acknowledge email should be resent from Tripidays to the clients reconfirming receiving the cancellation and the following cancellation fees will be applied on the total package price:


From 45 to 30 days before your arrival, 25% of the total package price will be charged.

From 29 to 15 days before your arrival, 50% of the total package price will be charged.

From 14 to 07 days before your arrival, 75% of the total package price will be charged.

From 06 days and less, 100% of the total package price will be charged.


All cancelation conditions will be changed during Christmas, New Year & Easter periods


All domestic flight canceled within your program will be subject to the airline cancellation policy

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the requested holiday. The confirmed tour will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25% of the full price. The deposit will be increased to be 50% during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays and all packages including flight issues. This deposit will be a part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The rest of the full payment should be paid within 7 days from receiving your booking confirmation.
