The entire world has heard about the Pharaohs’ greatness; this is your opportunity to witness by your own eyes how majestic the Pharaohs were.


An 11 days trip in marvelous Egypt will start at Cairo, the capital, and the great city with various histories, not just the ancient.


Then flying to Luxor to start the sailing trip on the River Nile, taking it slowly with no rush to explore and enjoy, reach Aswan and returning back.


It is a historic and relaxing trip full of history, don’t miss it.


Itinerary

   

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will be waiting to assist you through passport control.

Afterward, you’ll be transferred to the hotel to take your welcome drink and check-in. Have a goodnight.

   

Get ready for a city tour after you enjoy your tasty breakfast.

The tour will start with Egypt’s top attraction, the Three Majestic Pyramids in Giza , of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Myckerinus, guarded by the famous human head, lion body Sphinx .

Then you’ll continue to see the ruins of Memphis, the first capital in ancient Egypt.

After that, you’ll head to Sakkara Complex to see the first trial of building a pyramid by King Djoser, by creating “The Step Pyramid”.

Lunch en route.

Drive back to the hotel to have a good night of sleep.

   

Good morning. Ready for one more tour in this amazing city?

The tour will start at The Egyptian Museum, where more than 100,000 pieces of antiquities are exposed; there is no better place to begin your journey. You will find treasures of many kings and Queens, including the famous King Tut Ankh Amen.

After that, you’ll visit Salah El Din Citadel that acted as a defensive fortress and was the seat of government in Egypt for 700 years; Salah El-Din, the establisher of the Ayyubid dynasty, built it at the end of the 12th century. You’ll then see Mohamed Ali Mosque, an Islamic architectural masterpiece that goes back to the Ottomans, built by Mohamed Ali Pasha in the 19th century.

End the tour with a walk at the historic open bazaar of Khan El Khalili that lays in the heart of Old Cairo.

Back to the hotel to spend the night and recharge your energy for the next day.

   

Start your day early as you have a flight to catch. Check-out from the hotel to be transferred to Cairo Airport to fly to Luxor .

Our representative will meet you at Luxor airport to transfer you to the Nile Cruise upon your arrival.

Check-in to the cruise and enjoy your lunch.

The day is not over, yet you still have the afternoon to relax or make a tour in the city; you can have a walk in the Souq, which is an open market.

Make your way back to the ship to have your dinner.

   

After breakfast, get ready to start exploring the Westside of Luxor.

Starting the tour with the Valley of the Kings, it was a principal burial place of the major royal figures of the Egyptian New Kingdom for nearly 500 years from the 16th to 11th century BC; you’ll find about 63 tombs there.

Then you’ll visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut , the Queen’s greatest achievement, it took 15 years to be built, and it is located at Deir El Bahri, at a special place surrounded by a mountain.

On your way back to the cruise, you’ll stop by the two Colossi of Memnon; they are twin massive stone statues of King Amenophis III of the 18th dynasty.

When you reach the boat, you’ll start sailing toward Edfu through Esna Lock, while you have your lunch.

   

After having your morning meal, you’ll visit Edfu Temple , one of the best-preserved temples; built in the Ptolemaic dynasty, and dedicated to the falcon god Haroeris.

Return to the cruise for lunch while we sail to Kom Ombo.

You’ll visit Kom Ombo Temple , built during the Roman dynasty around 47 BC, in a unique double design dedicated to two gods, Sobek and Haroeris. (you can skip this visit for the way back)

We will continue sailing to Aswan as you have your dinner.

   

After breakfast, you’ll depart the cruise to explore the attractions of Aswan.

You’ll visit the High dam of Aswan , modern construction built between 1960 and 1971, to prevent the flooding of the Nile, producing Lake Nasser behind it, one of the largest artificial lakes in the world.

Then take the motorboat to visit Philae Temple that lays on Agilkia Island, its new location after being removed from its previous one to save it from being submerged.

Rerun to the cruise for lunch, and then we left the afternoon free for you to explore Aswan.

Make your way to the cruise for dinner and overnight.

   

In the morning, you’ll have a relaxing Felucca ride around the Island of Elephantine and Kitchener.

Then you’ll start sailing back toward the North to Kom Ombo and Edfu again.

You will have all meals on board.

   

Enjoy a full day of sailing from the morning toward Luxor via Esna Lock.

Welcome again in Luxor. You still didn’t see the magnificent temples that lay on the eastside; let’s see them.

We will start with the Great Temple of Karnak , which took over 2000 years to be built; several famous Kings built parts of it, starting from the Middle Kingdom throughout the Ptolemaic Dynasty.

Then Luxor Temple , another great temple, is the surviving stones from the famous city of Thebes, the city of a hundred Gates that used to be the capital of Egypt.

Return to the cruise where you’ll enjoy all the meals of the day.

   

In the morning, you’ll check-out from the hotel after having your breakfast.

You’ll then be transferred to Luxor Airport to fly back to Cairo and then fly back home.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation should be sent toTripidays Egy Tours by email, also an acknowledge email should be resent from Tripidays to the clients reconfirming receiving the cancellation and the following cancellation fees will be applied on the total package price:


From 45 to 30 days before your arrival, 25% of the total package price will be charged.

From 29 to 15 days before your arrival, 50% of the total package price will be charged.

From 14 to 07 days before your arrival, 75% of the total package price will be charged.

From 06 days and less, 100% of the total package price will be charged.


All cancelation conditions will be changed during Christmas, New Year & Easter periods


All domestic flight canceled within your program will be subject to the airline cancellation policy

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the requested holiday. The confirmed tour will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25% of the full price. The deposit will be increased to be 50% during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays and all packages including flight issues. This deposit will be a part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The rest of the full payment should be paid within 7 days from receiving your booking confirmation.
