Itinerary

   

Welcome to Egypt's current capital, Cairo. Our representative will meet you at the airport offering you all kinds of help needed.

You'll be transported to the hotel, finish your check-in procedures, enjoy your welcome drink, and have a good night.

   

Breakfast at the hotel, get ready for the upcoming adventure.

Visit The Great Pyramids of Giza and get to know why Pharaohs were widely known around the world; these monuments were used as Tombs for these Kings, Cheops, Chephren, and Myckerinus were their names. It's one of the old Seven Wonders of the World, guarded by the Sphinx .

Then a visit to the oldest capital in Egypt and maybe ever known, Memphis, where you can find some ruins from the new Kingdom, and the largest statue of King Ramses the Second even without legs.

Then move to Sakkara Complex, where you can see the first trial to build a pyramid ever, Zoser Pyramid or also known as the Step pyramid, built in the 27th century BC during the Third Dynasty. And also you can find some more tombs of Kings and Nobles from the old Kingdom.

Lunch will be served during visits.

Back to the hotel, and good night.

   

After breakfast, a bus will take you to Alexandria, which was once Egypt's capital, about 220 km far away.

This city was once the world's destination for culture and philosophy.

visit to Bibliotheca of Alexandria, it was built in 2002 as a commemoration of the old library that was lost and was once the world's source of literature and culture.

Kom El Shoqafa Catacombs, series of Alexandrian tombs, statues, and archaeological objects of the Pharaonic funeral cult with Hellenistic and early Imperial Roman influences, which had been rediscovered accidentally by a donkey in 1900.

Citadel of Qaitbay: this citadel was established in 1477 by Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa'it Bay to be a powerful point in Egypt defense against any invader. It was built in the same place as the Lighthouse of Alexandria, an old wonder of the world.

Montazah Palace, Khedive Abbas II had built this palace to be where he could spend his leisure time with his companion in 1892; you can enjoy a tour in its beautiful gardens.

Lunch will be served during visits.

After all these visits, you'll be transported back to Cairo, spend the night at the hotel, and good night.

Begin your tour for today by a visit to The Egyptian Museum and get to see more than 100.000 original pieces of antiquities telling you stories about how life was in Egypt back in the Pharaoh's time. Don't miss the famous treasure of King Tut Ankh Amen , which had kept his high quality over the years.

Visit Old Cairo to be introduced to the different ages of Egyptian history. Such as the early Christianity and Islamic period with a glance on when the Jews were living in Egypt.

St Mary church, the Hanging Church, built in Basilican style, existed since 692 and earned that name because of its location above an old fortress from the Roman period.

St Barbara church, admire the Coptic architecture, this Church was founded in the 5th century and has some unique icons.

St Sergius and Bacchus Church is also known as Abu Serga. It is believed that it has been built on the spot where the Holy Family, Joseph, Mary, and the infant Jesus Christ, rested at the end of their journey into Egypt.

Ben Ezra Synagogue believed to be built on the spot where the Pharaoh's daughter found baby Moses.

Salah El Din Citadel, built by Salah El-Din himself in 1176, and had been developed by several subsequent rulers, not so far from Old Cairo, and where you'll find Mohamed Ali Mosque built in the 19th century.

Finish your tour at Khan El Khalili Market, where you can have a walking tour between its old buildings, and also you can buy some souvenirs for your friends back home.

Lunch will be served during visits.

Then back to the hotel, and have a good night.

   

After your breakfast and checking-out, you'll be transported to Cairo International Airport to take your flight back home.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation should be sent toTripidays Egy Tours by email, also an acknowledge email should be resent from Tripidays to the clients reconfirming receiving the cancellation and the following cancellation fees will be applied on the total package price:


From 45 to 30 days before your arrival, 25% of the total package price will be charged.

From 29 to 15 days before your arrival, 50% of the total package price will be charged.

From 14 to 07 days before your arrival, 75% of the total package price will be charged.

From 06 days and less, 100% of the total package price will be charged.


All cancelation conditions will be changed during Christmas, New Year & Easter periods


All domestic flight canceled within your program will be subject to the airline cancellation policy

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the requested holiday. The confirmed tour will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25% of the full price. The deposit will be increased to be 50% during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays and all packages including flight issues. This deposit will be a part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The rest of the full payment should be paid within 7 days from receiving your booking confirmation.
