Itinerary

   

When you arrive at Cairo International Airport, our representative will be waiting for you to assist you through passport control.

You will be transferred to the hotel to check-in and enjoy the welcome drink then spend the night the way you desire.

   

Good morning, have your breakfast, then check-out from the hotel.

We will hit the road heading to Bahariya Oasis (about 360 km).

As soon as you arrive, the Nomad mode will be on. You’ll start with a camel ride, then eating in the desert, the Arab’s way.

You’ll ride your cute camel till you arrive at Om El Lefa’a (20 km south to Bahariya), where we will camp for tonight.

You’ll enjoy a delicious dinner after you arrive.

You’ll spend the night camping like a nomad.

   

Enjoy your morning meal, and say hi to your camel.

We will continue riding the camel in the white desert to our next destination.

The white desert looks magical, almost like snow, but even better because it is warm.

You’ll go across a few villages on your way, like El Heiz village.

You’ll have your lunch at Ibrahim springs

You’ll be heading toward El Ghrowad Area in the afternoon, where you’ll camp tonight.

Enjoy your dinner then sleep tight.

   

Enjoy your morning meal.

Ride your camel, your companion for the trip, and let’s move forward.

We will make a magical stop at The Crystal Mountain, a sparkling mountain made from crystals that were formed millions of years ago.

We will ride the camels till we arrive at the Area of wonders and small cave,then we will make another stop for lunch.

Then we will return to the camp to spend the evening and eat dinner.

   

Enjoy your breakfast, and let’s continue.

We will ride until we reach El Akabat (obstacles). Don’t worry; your cute camel will pass with ease.

Time to eat lunch

We will head to the Big Sand Dunes Area next and enjoy the soft texture of the sand.

We will arrive at our camp for tonight in the Western desert, enjoy your dinner, and good night.

   

Have your breakfast, and let’s go.

Let the camel lead the way, and it will take you to a magical spot, The Magic Spring finding water in the middle of the sand will never fail to make you feel the magic within the desert.

Have your Lunch.

Head back to the white desert for one last camping night.

Have your dinner in the camp at Bahareya, and sleep tight under the sky.

   

We will start the day early, time to say goodbye to your trip companion, your camel.

You’ll head back to Cairo after that. A meal will be served on the way.

As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you’ll check-in, and enjoy your night in the city.

   

Check-out as soon as you finish your breakfast.

You’ll be transferred to the Airport after to fly back home.

Children Policy

Child under 06 years old will be charged by 25% of the adult total package rate Under from 06 – 11.99 years old will be charged by 50% of the adult total package rate All children of 12 years or older are considered adults and will be charged with a full package rate.


If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation should be sent toTripidays Egy Tours by email, also an acknowledge email should be resent from Tripidays to the clients reconfirming receiving the cancellation and the following cancellation fees will be applied on the total package price:


From 45 to 30 days before your arrival, 25% of the total package price will be charged.

From 29 to 15 days before your arrival, 50% of the total package price will be charged.

From 14 to 07 days before your arrival, 75% of the total package price will be charged.

From 06 days and less, 100% of the total package price will be charged.


All cancelation conditions will be changed during Christmas, New Year & Easter periods


All domestic flight canceled within your program will be subject to the airline cancellation policy

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the requested holiday. The confirmed tour will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25% of the full price. The deposit will be increased to be 50% during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays and all packages including flight issues. This deposit will be a part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The rest of the full payment should be paid within 7 days from receiving your booking confirmation.

Tipping is a personal expression of your satisfaction with services received from your representative, guide, hotel, cruise, transportations. The staff will greatly appreciate this.
