Salah El-Din Citadel, one of Cairo's top attractions, acted as a defensive fortress with its high walls and used to be the seat of the government for 700 years. You'll also find Mohamed Ali Mosque, which was built in the 19th century by Mohamed Ali Pasha on the Islamic architecture.
Khan El Kalili, the historic open market that opened in the 14th century, it takes place in the heart of Islamic Cairo.

Back to the cruise to finally start sailing, you'll head first toward Edfu, passing through Esna Lock, don't miss watching the process.

You'll visit Edfu Temple, which is dedicated to the falcon-headed god Haroeris, this temple is one of the best-preserved temples; it is in pretty good shape.
Back to the cruise to continue sailing toward Kom Ombo while you have lunch.

Upon arriving you'll visit the High Dam, the construction that had a big influence on Aswan and Egypt, it was built between 1961 and 1970, to prevent the flooding of the Nile.
After that, you'll visit one of the temples that were moved after building the high Dam to save it from being submerged, Philae temple. It is now located on Agilkya Island; the temple is dedicated to Isis.
Back to the board for lunch before you depart for a relaxing Felucca ride in the afternoon, around Elephantine islands.
