A tour in Egypt that’ll take you behind the High Dam and in front of it, and for sure it will take you deep inside Egyptian history.


Starting with the Great Pyramids of Giza before going to Aswan to start the Lake cruise, then another cruise in the Nile between Aswan and Luxor.

Itinerary

   

Welcome to Cairo. At the Airport, you’ll find one of our representatives waiting and ready to offer you all kinds of help at passport control.

And then you’ll be transported to your hotel, enjoy a welcome drink while checking-in, you can enjoy the nightlife, you can find some good restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in Cairo.

Have a good night.

   

After your breakfast, you’ll be visiting the capital’s best sites and attractions.

Start your journey by a visit to The Egyptian Museum to know more about the Pharaohs and their life. It contains more than 100.000 pieces of antiquities and artifacts and the famous treasure of King Tut Ankh Amen .

Then move forward something great, The Great Pyramids of Giza; these huge monuments are tombs of great three kings, Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. And don’t miss visiting the statue of a lion body with a human head called the Sphinx.

Lunch will be served during visits.

Back to the hotel, enjoy your stay. Good night.

   

After breakfast, you’ll check-out from the hotel and move to the Airport to catch a flight from Cairo to Aswan.

Upon arrival, our representative will take you to the Lake Nasse cruise and help you check-in.

Have your lunch on board.

In the afternoon you’ll be free to do whatever you want, you can have a tour in the city by yourself or just relax on the boat deck.

   

Start sailing through the lake while having your breakfast on board.

Visit The Temple Of Kalabsha, built around 30 BC, dedicated to Mandulis, a lower Nubian god.

Visit Temple Of Bait El-Wali was the first in a series of temples built by Ramses II in the Nubian region, and it was relocated by UNESCO to save it from the water inundation caused by the High Dam.

Then back to the Lake cruise, enjoy your meals on board while sailing to Wadi El Seboua.

   

After breakfast, you’ll be on track of visits.

Visit Wadi El Seboua Temple or the Temple of Lions. Referring to the Avenue of Sphinx leading to it, it’s one of the King Ramses II marks left behind. It was saved from the Nile floods by UNESCO during the construction of the High Dam in 1960.

Then visit Dakka Temple, a Greko-Roman heritage dedicated toThoth, the god of wisdom.

Then visit Meharraka Temple; it was built during the Roman rule, dedicated to Serapis, the Alexandrian god.

Then back to the boat, enjoy your stay and meals.

   

In the morning you’ll be sailing to Kasr Ibrim.

Visit this old city, which was once a religious center and had economic importance back in the 8th century.

Then continue sailing to Abu Simbel, where you can find an exceptional Temple of King Ramses the Great. Even though this isn’t its original location, it had kept its magical attraction. The Abu Simbel Temple is dedicated to god Amen-Re and to King Ramses himself to be worshipped. Twice a year, a superb phenomenon takes place; the early sun rays go through the sanctuary of the Temple and illuminate the King’s sculpture to celebrate his birthday and coronation day.

Also, don’t miss the Temple next to it, Nefertiti Temple, King Ramses’ beloved wife.

In the evening, you’ll have the chance to know the story of these temples and their history by a Sound and Light show.

Then back to the boat, have your dinner, and enjoy a good night.

   

After breakfast, check-out from the Lake Nasser cruise.

Drive to Aswan , and visit The High Dam; this dam is a main source of electricity in Egypt, and it was built in 1960, producing lake Nasser.

Then visit Philae Temple , another spot saved by the UNESCO from the water inundation, moved to Agilkia Island, and was dedicated to the goddess Isis.

Then check-in at the Nile cruise to proceed with your journey.

In the afternoon, enjoy a Felucca ride between the Aswan Nile Islands.

Then back to the cruise, enjoy dinner, and have a good night.

   

Enjoy the breakfast while sailing to KomOmbo.

Visit Kom Ombo Temple , dedicated to two gods, Sobek, the crocodile, the god of fertility, and the creator of the world with Hathor and Khonsu and the falcon god Haroeris.

Then back to the Nile cruise, enjoy your lunch and dinner on board.

Have a good night.

   

You’ll be sailing toward Edfu.

Visit Edfu Temple ; was built during the Ptolemaic period; it’s dedicated to god Horus, known as a falcon.

Back to the boat, and enjoy the sailing to Luxor passing by Esna Lock.

Good night.

   

Have your breakfast on board, and check-out from the Nile cruise, get ready to explore a great city.

Go to the west bank of the Nile, visit The Valley of Kings, where you can walk between the tombs of Kings and nobles of the new kingdom without missing the famous tomb of King Tut Ankh Amen.

Visit Temple Of Queen Hatshepsut, located beneath the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari, this mortuary temple was dedicated to Amun and Hatshepsut.

Then visit the two Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of the pharaoh Amenophis III, who reigned in Egypt during the Eighteenth Dynasty.

During the visits, your luggage will be transported to your hotel in Luxor.

Drive back to the east bank, check-in at the hotel.

In the afternoon, visit Karnak Temple , where you can get lost between its 134 columns, 2000 of construction, starting with Senusret I in the Middle Kingdom, and continuing into the Ptolemaic period.

Then visit Luxor Temple , founded by Amenophis III and the great Ramses II 1400 BCE. This temple wasn’t dedicated to a god unlike the others; instead, it was dedicated to the rejuvenation of kingship.

Back to the hotel, have a good night.

   

Early morning wake up, have your breakfast, and check-out from the hotel.

Move to the Airport to take a flight from Luxor to Cairo, then catch your flight back home.

Don’t hesitate to visit Egypt again; it still has a lot to be revealed.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation should be sent toTripidays Egy Tours by email, also an acknowledge email should be resent from Tripidays to the clients reconfirming receiving the cancellation and the following cancellation fees will be applied on the total package price:


From 45 to 30 days before your arrival, 25% of the total package price will be charged.

From 29 to 15 days before your arrival, 50% of the total package price will be charged.

From 14 to 07 days before your arrival, 75% of the total package price will be charged.

From 06 days and less, 100% of the total package price will be charged.


All cancelation conditions will be changed during Christmas, New Year & Easter periods


All domestic flight canceled within your program will be subject to the airline cancellation policy

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the requested holiday. The confirmed tour will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25% of the full price. The deposit will be increased to be 50% during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays and all packages including flight issues. This deposit will be a part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The rest of the full payment should be paid within 7 days from receiving your booking confirmation.
